Boundaries, Giving and Receiving

Are social interactions overwhelming for you?

How often do you say “yes”, but actually mean “no”?

D you find it difficult to ask for something you need and want?

Are you often unsure and indecisive about what you need and want?

Do you feel like you relationships are not balanced?

You are not alone - most of us feel either guilt for receiving something, or shame for expressing what we desire, or fear of being rejected. Most people don’t know where to start.

Learn how to say “no”, “yes”, and more importantly discover what truly brings you joy.

“Ask For What You Want” is for you, if you experience:

  • confusion around boundaries in work and life

  • feeling at a loss for words when things aren't going your way

  • taking everything personally (from someone else’s social media post to a friend’s disappointment)

  • feeling like you need to give more than you're available for

  • dread around the holidays or social gatherings

  • repeated push-back when you say “no”

  • promising more than is actually fair to you

  • under-earning

  • many AHA moments or insights but nothing really changes

  • always being the "bigger person" (ignoring what you’re actually feeling)

Meet Your Guide

Hi! I’m Felicia,
I am on a mission to help people feel alive in their body & relationships.

At 17 I already was interested in psychology, but decided to go the traditional route of management - as I come from a family of entrepreneurs.

But after more than a decade in management positions in the corporate world I understood that I got was stuck in “doing” and “surviving”, aka “practicing being dead” and did not even know how to enjoy life and to “be”.

Today I offer workshops, retreats and individual coaching, drawing from both my professional and personal experience on topics such as boundaries, anger, sex, pleasure, attachment styles, trans-generational trauma.
